Project Coordination


Primary
Responsibilities

ALLOY Project Coordinators are responsible for maintaining stability of a project and its relationships.

-Daily Coordination — Client updates, lead daily standup, manage CRM, file curation

-Weekly Coordination — Project scheduling, brief write-ups to set proper expectations


Secondary
Responsibilities

ALLOY Project Coordinators also provide support functions to our cross-discipline team.

Research — At researchers discretion; assist with writing/editing, coding, ethnography, analysis, and data reduction work.

Strategy — At strategists discretion; Assist in writing, editing, presentations and other work to building the strategy.

Business development support —  At business developers discretion; Assist pitch development with research, writing, and editing.

Research — At researchers discretion; assist with writing/editing, coding, ethnography, analysis, and data reduction work.
